Our 2019 Australian Food Awards Silver Medal winner, this is a sauce that combines slow roasted Jalapenos, garlic, onions and tomato to create a full flavoured sauce which is great on red meat, sausages and almost everything. It is also a great base for pizza, as well as parmigianas.  We think of it as a tomato sauce with attitude.
